We started with the basics: pouring a durable concrete slab to create a proper parking space, followed by building a custom carport to keep the client’s vehicle protected all year round. To enhance access, we completely redid the paving of the driveway, giving it both strength and a fresh, modern look.

Security was another top priority. We constructed a solid 18-meter double brick boundary wall, 2.4 meters high, plastered and painted on both sides for a clean finish. For added protection, we installed security spikes along the top — ensuring peace of mind without compromising style.

But we didn’t stop there. To give the property personality and presence, we designed a custom laser-cut road name sign, beautifully lit with LED backlighting. Additional lights were installed along the boundary wall, creating a welcoming and safe environment after dark.

To complete the transformation, we landscaped the gardens in front and behind the boundary wall. This balance of greenery and structure gave the property its final polished touch, blending functionality with natural beauty.
